Chocolate Confections

Experience the magic of chocolate!

Unleash your inner chocolatier and create an assortment of confections: chocolate bars, hand-rolled truffles, French mendiants, dipped delicacies, and chocolate bark!

First, we’ll make three chocolate bars with silky Valrhona dark chocolate and a selection of toppings like caramelized pearls, crunchy raspberries and roasted seeds using professional chocolatier molds.

Then, we’ll hand-roll chocolate truffles, dip a variety of sweet treats–like candied orange peels and cookies–into our chocolate, make mendiant coins studded with roasted almonds, and finish the experience with snappy chocolate bark!
