I’ll share the insider skills and coveted recipes passed down to me by master chefs during my training in France at renowned institutions, including L’École Ferrandi, Le Cordon Bleu, and the iconic Hôtel Plaza Athénée.
I know the frustration of a broken ganache, a deflated cream puff, or crystallized caramel. Truthfully, I wasn’t always a baker; I started at 46! That’s why I understand your struggles, and therefore I teach with patience, clarity, and support.
